Staff unfriendly. When you come in they look and talk to you like you're disturbing them. They always claim they never have any US currency. Supposedly (they) say they don't keep any on hand. They only buy it from their customers. This makes no sense since other locations like Richmond have it. But it's a minimum $200 transaction.

Staff take the time to explain to you the process, even if you're not Asian. They don't keep currency onhand overnight and you must reserve your funds the same day you want them if under $1000. There's no advance reserving. If they don't get the funds from other sellers, you're put on a waiting list. It's not the most customer service oriented practice but this is why they have the best rates in town.

I've dealt with everforex at their oakridge and surrey central locations. The three times I've been in I've found their employees to be courteous and helpful. Their fees are built into their competitive rates for selling US dollars. For amounts over US 1,000 they issue a cheque. I've had no difficulty depositing their cheques to a USD account at my Canadian bank.
